When we, as an authorised Canon partner, told our client Antares about an office solution that could cut costs, improve efficiency and lessen their environmental impact they were naturally interested. When they saw how easy it was to integrate their paperbased processes with their document management system the decision to use eCopy with Canon devices was an obvious one.

Seeing the potential

By coupling Canon’s MFPs with eCopy software Antares have not only managed to cut copying and paper costs and reduce duplication of effort, they now have a far more secure way of storing documents and have delivered scanning capability to all departments. The environmental benefits are also huge: power, paper and toner consumption have been cut dramatically.
