eCopy ScanStation
The eCopy ScanStation is a small-format touch screen panel that attaches easily
to any scan-ready, eCopy-enabled Canon Digital Copier. To make an eCopy, simply
place the paper document in your copier's paper tray and choose one of several
"send" options. Options are shown as easy-to-read icons on the eCopy
ScanStation touch screen panel.
eCopy ShareScan
eCopy ShareScan drives the eCopy ScanStation and serves eCopies to the network.
ShareScan integrates seamlessly with Windows NT and Novell NetWare, enabling administrators
to manage user lists in the online address book and create Inboxes for multiple
eCopy stations from an administrative workstation anywhere on the network.
eCopy Desktop (MailRoom®)
eCopy Desktop provides a powerful set of document workflow tools that allow individual
users to treat eCopies of paper documents just like electronic files right from
their desktop workstations. eCopy Desktop works with most network fax, e-mail
and document management applications, including Lotus Notes Mail, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange,
RightFax (NT Server), iManage, Open Text and others. eCopy Desktop was proviously
known as MailRoom.
