Overview
Our aim for this fast-moving chain of property businesses was clear: to reduce call costs.  Estate Agents are in constant communication with sales applicants, vendors and the office.  We needed to reduce their mobile costs, calls from landlines to mobiles and, of course, mobile-to-mobile expenditure.

Brief
Each site had its own billing supplier.
Each mobile user had his or her specific requirements.

Solution
We implemented LCR (leased cost routing) via CPS on BT lines and carried out a cost analysis of replacing NTL lines to generate further savings.
We managed the migration of all mobiles from individual carriers to a single mobile agreement for the entire company.
We provided a new tariff for both mobile gateways on phone systems and company mobiles saving 50% on existing costs.
