The Solution
Following a comprehensive IT Systems audit, a complete hardware and software upgrade
was undertaken. Their existing ISDN Internet connectivity was replaced with a
dedicated mnet direct Internet leased line to accommodate existing
demand and anticipate the future requirements.
Campion Mccall need to ensure business continuity by ensuring their IT systems
respond to their ever-growing demands. To ensure stability of their systems, Campion
Mccall requested that Margolis IT Solutions provide complete out-sourced IT support
with a maximum 4 hour telephone response to faults and maximum on-site response
within 8 hours.
