The requirement
CGL Rail had no formal I T presence within their
office
and relied on in house skills and third party resource. As such, the I T infrastructure
and support services lagged behind the rest of the business. They needed a high
quality, low cost solution.
The solution
A managed service solution and technology refresh was implemented, providing
the latest secure and reliable operating system and fully managed I T network,
enabling CGL Rail to concentrate on their core business, whilst allowing Margolis
I T Solutions to run their network.
