Toyota Financial Services’ (TFS) new head office in Great Burgh, Surrey required a contemporary workspace to suit the stunning architecture of the building.
The new office is set in landscaped parkland, occupying one wing of the building, which is shared with the Toyota (GB) PLC, the Toyota UK distributor. The building provides administration, conference and staff welfare facilities. The focus of the building is a 2-storey high, 100m long internal street overlooking exhibition, display and meeting rooms.
Our brief was to furnish office spaces for Toyota Financial Services, from sales and support desks to the CEO’s office.
Workspace Solution
The project demanded a sensitive approach to the existing environment and architectural
context, the needs of the teams relocating, the corporate image of the company,
and of course, budgetary constraints.
In close consultation with the client, our team sourced the furniture for the
boardroom, meeting areas; discreet offices and open plan areas.
In addition, the company requested modular furniture to adapt and suit their needs
over a long period of time, with product available at short notice to accommodate
their expansion plans.
The majority of furniture was delivered and installed within 5 days of ordering.
We selected appropriate furniture from the GDB range.
