SECURITY AND OUTPUT MANAGEMENT

Print management software  - complete control of your MFP fleet

Cut costs, increase productivity, enhance security.

uniFLOW output manager tracks, monitors and secures your printing. A software solution that is modular and scalable in design allowing you to select only those features that will benefit and add value to your business.

Print accounting

Who is printing? What are they printing? What quantity, how often and at what cost?

UniFLOW works by authenticating users as they retrieve their jobs from the print server. This is quick and simple using  a pin code, fingerprint recognition or by utilising existing security devices such as key fobs and swipe cards.

All printing is tracked and stored. A built in reporting system shows you how much each user and printer is costing the company.

This information can be used to decide future printer purchases or identify where costs savings can be made. In addition, costs can be allocated to departments and projects and billed back to clients.

Secure printing anywhere

Are sensitive and confidential documents secure in your organisation?

Confidential jobs can be held centrally on the uniFLOW server and only be released when the user authenticates at the device.

uniFLOW utilises a universal print driver that is compatible with most printers and multifunction devices. This allows the print job to be retrieved at any time from any device in the company, even in a different floor or building. If a device is tied up or not in use another device can be utilised.

No more unwanted printouts left in the print tray and no more sensitive documents lying around. You print what you want when you need it increasing productivity. Unwanted jobs can be deleted by the user or automatically deleted after a period of time reducing waste.

Device security

Integration with the Canon imageRUNER ADVANCE

By integrating tightly with Canon multifunction printers, uniFLOW can stop unauthorised use of the devices. Users can be granted different access rights to use various functions of the device depending on their job role; for example, certain users may only be allowed to copy in black and white where others can copy in colour.

Route jobs to the cheapest device

Cut costs.

Laser printers that are close to the users maybe convenient but they are also expensive to run.

UniFLOW can be configured to move jobs over a certain size to the cheaper MFD or secure print queue. Rules can also be set to change finishing options decreasing costs and reducing waste. For example, emails are always printed in black or large documents are always double sided

Document capture and distribution

Scalable features that grow with your business

uniFLOW allows users to scan documents directly to their email accounts, network folders or document management system in the form of highly compressed images.

OCR technology can automatically capture index information contained in your documents before sending it to your DMS. Documents can be converted to a format such as Microsoft Word allowing the user to edit the document at their PC.

Interaction with the scanning interface is dynamic and personalised for each user. Personal buttons and scan workflows will follow the user to whichever device they choose providing a consistent experience.

uniFLOW includes native integration with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint and Therefore Document Management System.

uniFLOW creates a robust and secure print environment with failsafe redundancy at its core.  A host of other industry specific features can be added such as load balancing, wide area and remote solutions, print room or production job ticketing and archiving.
